Commitments. Quality and environment policy

On behalf of the staff of Gar Anat Hotel Boutique, I declare our commitment to our guests to provide a quality differential, accessible, and personalized service, every day obtaining for them a place of sensitivity, peace and meeting with the city, its history and its culture, giving example of collaborating in the construction of a culturally rich city with a preserved nature and a healthy environment.

For the fulfilment of this objective, we want to have a direct communication with our guests to meet and satisfy their needs. We want to be the link with the city to spread its wealth, customs, cuisine and its cultural and natural heritage.  Therefore, we will promote all appropriate actions to achieve this objective, focusing on our guest, and in protection and consideration for our natural and cultural environment, prevent and minimize any direct or indirect mode of contamination, implying it to the staff of the hotel.

Our quality improvement process will be continuous, committing ourselves to keep informed and communicated to all departments of the hotel and set up training to contribute to the enrichment of our staff.

Our commitment will also be the fulfillment of the applicable legislation and regulations on environmental issues, preventing and minimizing noise, atmospheric pollution or waste, establishing systems of recycling and reducing energy consumption.

Our policy is available to the public and will be reviewed annually in the internal audits to ensure the efficiency and adequacy of the management system.
